Born in Mexico and raised in Denver, Colorado, Flor is a passionate storyteller, creative, and advocate. She brings a lived experience and deep understanding to every project. With a background in grassroots organizing, public policy, and strategic communications, Flor founded FCM Strategies to support nonprofit organizations and businesses in addressing communications gaps.
